“There is a variety of gifts
but always the same Spirit;
There are all sorts of
service to be done,
But always to the same Lord;
Working in all sorts of
different ways in different people,
It is the same God
who is working
in all of them.”

Pilgrim Cross

TThe Kimberley Diocesan Youth Pilgrims Cross has been blessed and commissioned at the Cathedral in Broome. Made from Oregon pine with stainless steel metal finishing on the edges, the cross is a very beautiful piece of art made by Mr George Allingham of Perth. Bishop Saunders has expressed his gratitude to Mr Allingham for his labour of love and similarly to Mr Denis Cullity whose generosity and handling of the project brought the notion of a Kimberley Youth Cross to fulfilment. The cross will begin its journey around the Kimberley in July.

Seen here, in the Cathedral, are (from left) Lloyd…, Bridie Eggleton, Simon Hill,
Fr Matthew Digges (Administrator of the Cathedral Parish) and Emma Sibosado.
