From Broome to Darwin - 4th to 8th August 2005
Pilgrims gathered in Broome at 5.00am in the morning for the bus trip to Derby to collect two more travellers. The pilgrims were blessed and farewelled from Derby before the bus headed to Halls Creek to collect those people joining the journey from Balgo. The trip continued through to Kununurra where another pilgrim joined the journey. After an overnight stay in Kununurra the journey continued through to Darwin. A special Mass to bless and farewell the pilgrims from the Diocese of Broome, the Diocese of Darwin and NATSICC was celebrated in the Darwin.
On the 8th August the pilgrims set out on their long journey to France.
